Really nice, but i have a question (i don't want to be rude): is there a trend about wide open eyes in 3d these days or is it place holder eyes waiting to be refined? I'm asking cause its at least the 10th model with this weirdness.
A lot of the 2d animated part was actually a stuntman pulling off the moves. EDIT: Mods can we get support for imgur's gifv videos? http://i.imgur.com/JmE9n5D.gifv 500 KB vs 30 KB, 1/16th of the size.
The sweet-ass Polycount 15th anniversary screenprint by Tim Doyle is the only thing on my holiday wishlist. It'll be the only thing on all of your wishlists too once I figure out how to edit all your posts.
I did like the burst fire, and yeah, definitely easier on the ammo, but I prefer the rate of fire with the M16. And the magnum definitely wins for close-range stopping power, not to mention the feel of it. It just commands respect. Can't wait for the 17th.
geez, wish my apt was < $1000 I'm paying $1083/mo for 2bd/1bth in Redmond. Though that does include a pet rent of like $40. Still. At least it's cheaper than the last 2x1 I was renting here ($1280).
that was fun :D 2nd attempt: finally on my 3rd attempt i ended up just dragging the image around the screen :p here's probably my 15th attempt at a sculpt XD many redos
I tend to use cm for personal work and decimetres for work stuff - 1/10th scale seems work work well for capital ship size objects. 800 metres in-engine is excessive, 80 is doable.
If you guys are wondering whether you can use this version of MODO for another games, here is something Brad Peebler (MODO Dev) said on the Foundry forums: It will be released on December 10th (Today) and will cost $149.

Yeah. My demo reel is due tomorrow for a showing we're having on the 17th, so I can't make all the changes I want to - but I intend on picking this back up and finishing it sometime soon.
