I did the first set of colors for this gal, but the "NPC" set of colors that I did for the last guy really don't suit her. I'm going to go back and revise them with more of a "rebel" theme in mind, see if I can come up with some more color schemes. :)
1. Alexs' count is a little higher than all of the other npcs, around 8500 for LOD0 and the rest are around 5000. 2. Around 5000 for LOD0. 3. POV as in first person? 1200-2000, 300-500 for thirdperson. About 1800 for both arms. Will do a quick doublecheck later.
I don't know what you mean with "being redundant with game ressources" unless you mean the fact that you have the base data (player, menu, some items, etc) on all discs of a multi-disc game. Or do you mean things like three different looks for NPCs?
3D and 2D UI artist needed for team for the XNA BuildDreamPlay 2008 contest. Artist will help turn concept ships, players and NPC's into content for game. That AI's actually pretty damned impressive. Human errors and all on those hero's, plus each one knows how to use their abilities! I'd love to see 'em find a way to sneak in NPC neutral heros that spawn on the map that teams can fight over, or run away from haha.
herbalist NPC from our dnd campaign. reggie and his winged serpent are the local source for medicinal herbs and various strains of smokeroot amongst the districtgoers and visitors of emerald keep. laid back, friendly, and trusting, he’s one of our group’s favorites within the city walls.…
got to level 19 last night as a soldier, got the team upgrades! fucking awesome stuff. tihs game is so much fun :) Great job dudes. and also, i gotta say 'FUCK YA' for the Nick Cage quote the NPCs spit at ya: "I'll take pleasure in gutin' in you................. boy."
Yo. Great work everyone! I Finally something to post in this badass thread. One of the NPC's for Path of Exile. I didn't get to work on many characters while I was working on the game, but this is probably the best one I did anyway and I didn't get to texture it so it's just the high poly.
as of now the elf just picks mushrooms and sells them out of a large sack, and has no real knowledge of what mushrooms are not good to eat. He is likely completely out of his head on psychedellic mushrooms. i was throwing together Zelda type NPC's for a "just for fun" Futuristic Zelda update I was thinking of.
special characters? like some of the key npc guys (karl franz, malekith, gotrek, etc)? They would have used the same base model to start from, but would be able to have looser restrictions on where things are laid out on the texture pages. Not really sure what you are asking specifically. :S
