You can get a comic book style printing misalignment effect when you offset CMYK though :) -

That's just a render setting in Marmoset :) The style I'm trying to go for is exaggerated/comic like Borderlands- Will be finalized soon. -

a student here works in his masterthesis on a similar program, that allows creation of "comic buildings" by sketching. it's meant for children.
