Thought I'd try orthographic/isometric view, added some flowers and spent a bit of time seeing what I could do with grass planes. Want to work on the tree next but I just realised it's 6:45am on a week day. >.< -

yeahh, apprently it doesnt look good with the bigger size. i will re-size the tree leaves as you guys speak.. but right now im currently modelling a mushrooms and flower atm. I will post another screen shot soon. -cheers! -

Re: skinning caked on mud
Have you tried reference? Go outside right after its rained, and stomp around in the flower bed. Then take pictures of your shoes. More seriously, try using lots of light and shadow to create the simulated volume of the mud. /jzero -
Hand-Painted texture Practice
So this is my first attempt at painting grass 512x512 repeating texture. I think it came out decent for my first try. I'm going back through an add in flowers/clovers to break it up a bit. Any advice on how to improve or areas to change are more then welcome=D. -

ok , i was working away , and i noticed this on the bottom of my desktop .. normally i dont look at these pictures , but i was allarmed when the only time i did look , i couldnt understand the image. is it flowers hes holding? is it a collection of toilet brushes? , or egg whisks maybe? let me know... -
Rocky forest ground
Hi! I want to make a small nature scene. I have recently been working on a ground texture. The texture is made in Substance Designer. The images are captured in Toolbag. My plan for the scene is to add foliage like some bushes\grass and maybe some flowers. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! -

Started working on grasses. Here is the Big, mid and small grass. Here are the tall grasses (Indian Grass, Wild Grass, Purple Top Grass). It was so much fun making these. I will work on Flower and Ivy now. Feb'18 -

Quick update just been made a flower and a quick leaf to add some colour variety to the foliage. I'm gonna go back and work on the leaf because i'm not completely happy with it. incase someone wants to see the highploy here they are.
