I have "Modern Practical Masonry" from: http://www.donhead.com/ Note: Modern is late 1920's, when it was originally published. I bought it for the details on geometry. Have your compass handy.
what's the deal with these 1980's style green screenshots - is this how you advertise a product in 2015 or am I missing something or could we post more infomative cat pictures instead?
Congrats, man. (I met the wife in 1984, married in 1990. Still together and closer than ever!). I wish you nothing but the best - and hope you have a long and happy relationship.
never got to finish this properly for the gameartisans challenge. Its just flat shaded diffuse. Shes 3817 tris on her own. based loosely on william bourgeaurau art http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/63/William-Adolphe_Bouguereau_%281825-1905%29_-_The_Broken_Pitcher_%281891%29.jpg

i only really disliked the talking netrisca chick, i mean wtf this isn't halo, unless it's starting to parodize that runs on my a950 fine sett, what kind of rig you have? Did you try auto-detection?
The M1 tank has been in service for thirty years. What's another two decades, right? I mean, we see so many people crusing around in 1958 Fords, clearly the military has no need to actually upgrade their equipment.
The whole game industry is going through some BIG CHANGES. It's about at the same level as the Great Videogame Crash of the 1980's and we're not gonna get out of it for a few years. A good time to start your own company I think.
just got God of War 2...I am amazed! going for UT3, crysis...maybe stranglehold. TF2 supreme commander is only £15 now and Im tempted but is it worth it? the units look stupid, its like the 1980s with more chrome.
I made some 1960's inspired characters not long ago. I really enjoy researching these things. Hairstyles, uniforms, shoe fashion and work clothes I really love the 60's.
