     Set the tile sampler to use your image instead of spawning squares. Then set the input number of the tile sampler to whatever number you need, and hook up your rocks.

     BPS requires lower numbers, and Static Mesh require higher numbers. Also, it's helps if you setup a Physical Material, no need for special settings, just needs to have one.

     Which version of Substance Painter are you using ? I mean the exact version number, you can get the full number via the about window (from the Help menu).
