Is that coming out of Marvelous Designer? If so, you might avoid manual adjustment time by changing the thickness in MD, or not exporting with thickness turned on.
Awesome :) Keep up the good work then! Marvelous can give you basic wrinkles to work with for stylization. It is just to play around with the settings :)

Hi guys, here is my lastest project, EDGAR! a real time character done using Zbrush, 3ds max, marvelous designer, substance painter and phooshop, rendered in marmoset toolbag!
