Update of the first screenshot that I'm trying to nail down. I've got the global lighting in a good spot right now so I'm focusing on composition and colour for my final shots. Forever tweaking materials as well. ;)
Did you mean a material type that allows blurring of all sub maps, like a global control? Haven't seen anything like that but you can use blur and blur offset in all map slots of a shader.
