I'd go take a look at Georgian Avasilcuteis (probably mispelled his name but you can find him easy enough) on twitch. He is a character/prop artist and charges very reasonable price for tutorship.
Do you have any idea, how many people would give a left nut (not necessarily their own) for something like that? I started out with Maya, learned 3dsmax and am now more comfortable with 3ds. I've gone back and kept myself up to date in Maya but I feel your pain. Really the best thing I can suggest when switching either…
More recent doodles. If anyone is interested in coming along to the streams just click the twitch in my signature, there will be old videos you can watch too and see how they are made if you like.
Love your work Kraken! Just wanted to chime in and say keep making awesome. Love to see a twitch or video on your workflow sometime. Post it up if you ever do one.
yes, it was on pixologic twitch and he was doing for 3d printing a tree girl something like that, i cant remeber his name, but he got me confused when he said that :D
I actually see a ton of issue with my mesh so far. For those who are following my twitch TV I will be going back to maya this evening. Need to fix a few things.
Ok, I almost have it working, I had to rebind the model for some reason. However, it still explodes on two frames or so through xna and the foot twitches. Anyone know why?
Cool, love the twitching stone pieces. Did you submit it to MSUC? Actually I guess you are just changing different stone pieces in the video. It would be awesome if thy moved :P
https://www.artstation.com/contests/ancient-civilizations/challenges/16 My character got the 2nd place in the challeng. It was a fun ride. Thank you all that were daily with me on twitch. See you on the next one ;)
