Yeah nice tool isn't it. It does just one thing though, which is contrast hues. Would be nice if contrasted saturation levels too, as those are the kinds of contrasts I like using. Here's another one. Extracts a color palette from a picture. I use this a lot too.… -

To answer the question: Entry level for teh bay area should be +40K if it's a shitty title and like My Little Pony, +45K if it's an established AAA title. The temptation is to pick a small company that pays better and gives you more freedom. Fight that urge; because smart move is to goto an established studio that makes… -
