I really don't know the business decision behind why it has 8GB. Both of those cars will work fine. I have the MSI myself. The 390 will be slightly behind the 980 in Maya, Zbrush is more about CPU/RAM). Substance Painter is where the 8GB will really start to show.… -

Ill throw in my vote for the U2410, have one here at work, every job where I have used dell monitors the image quality has been top notch. its pretty bright next to my cintiq, but my cintiq was pretty dim to begin with. I managed to somewhat match the dell by boosting the gama on each rgb channel through my card drivers.… -

That's a nice tip about the wind and the torches, it makes sense. I agree with @Greg Westphal that using 3D is not meant to be a way for you to skip on learning about perspective drawing. It's best used when you already know enough of it to draw, because you usually complement the 3D screenshot with your own manual drawing… -

You should wait the next generation of graphic card. AMD and Nvidia should release a new generation this summer. Also a lot recommend the GTX 970 but this card has 3.5 Gb of memory this is weak for GPU computing, also the AMD card if OpenCL is supported are much more powerful for this task.
