yup, i see it. and i see a bunch of other things now after a good 12 hours of sleep :\ some guys over at pixolator gave me a paintover of all the areas that need tweaking so ill be working on that and should hopefully have this thing ready to retopo by tomorrow -

@eric: i am the quad menu, the graphite and the modifier buttons are all the same, just in different parts of the ui, i thought? @phixel: maybe its a problem with the german keyboard layout, but when i hit the ";", i end up moving in the timeline... but thats what i read on google, too... -

log10RGB(512kb) vs RGBM(1024kb), same res. log10RGB info: If your brightest bixel in your HDR image is >= 10 then K is 1.0 since log10 (10) = 1. (which means you already used all 0-1 interval). In this case the first image is the worst case scenario. -

There is a "cloner brush" that works exactly this way, however it relies on pixol values for its sampled depth and so it is really only useful when working on planar textures. If you're looking for something to apply across a 3d model with more complex surfaces, then alpha creation would be a better way to go. -

musushidan is right, select any of the slice brushes, slice, then hide the group you wish to delete, then: geometry/Modify Topology/Delete Hidden. If you need to hit the Close Holes button. You may be using the Clip brushes that push polys (pixols) in a certain direction instead of making a cut. -

Hey! @phixel I am looking to work on all of the above :) Woman are getting easier for me but men are just really hard for me to do well. Will try to check out the arm tonight for sure. About the ear I might check it out, but I am working here with photo reference :) Thanks for the comment! -
Re: Blender Normals aren't baking?
That gives me pixilated looking normals but it isn't a single flat colour. If I increase the model res it gets more diluted and looks like all the same colour zoomed out. I followed this guide and he gets good looking normals out of blender but I can't for some reason. -
