You should take some time and work on his general proportion. His general curves are a bit wierd. It looks like you stressed a lot with his muscles, but forgot to construct his silhouette. Come back some subdivision levels and work only on his proportions, once it is right you can start to sculpt his muscles.
hit ctrl-D a few times in zbrush. ??? Profit. dont stress too much on zbrush man, u need 3 brushes tops. the rest is just how good you can conceive 3d form and bringing it to life. Go forth and Sculpt! and pick up some anatomy books too itll help the 'conceiving' bit =3
dont stress is if you feel you dont have too! I think its looking pretty good though, but I have two notes; it feels really monochrome, and also like he is in some sort of pirates of the Caribbean movie/sewer system, rather then high up on the rooftops, which makes having the bird there kind of weird.

Well there are animation degrees that cover some basic 3D modeling classes, but if you want a degree be prepared to do a lot of irrelevant electives. And in animation schools they really stress the character side of things rather than environments or modeling, so if there are specifically game art degrees go for those.…
only one small 20 person place i once worked at had QA properly integrated with the developers. as soon as it's even just a separate floor, don't expect much interaction outside of bouncing bug tickets around. unless of course you are a smoker! ;) plenty of opportunity to make friends with stressed out devs. not a fan of…
Have you tried doing something else that you do enjoy doing? If this is a constant problem and no project in the world is interesting to you then it sounds like you're just forcing yourself to become a game artist instead of actually wanting to become one. And if that's the case then what's the point? There are plenty of…
I can't stress how important it is too expieriment! If you ever get stuck you would ask here...theres not realy a way you can screw up 3dsmax by expierimenting...everything is fixable. But lock your UI's realy helps from losing your windows. Oh and next time edit your posts :P -cmb
