Processing video is processor/RAM intensive, hard drive intensive perhaps, but not in the slightest GPU intensive. You can get by with a modest video card, just make sure it has a lot of vram for previewing effects etc. Your GPU certaintly won't effect your render/processing time, unless that is somehow GPU accelerated.… -

Find an inexpensive community college nearby and study art basics. Don't pay out the ass just to learn art basics somewhere. I'd try to avoid 30K in debt if possible. I'm not sure of the prices now, but art basics courses at a community college could be ~$400-600, which is much better vs. 30k. Use polycount or other… -

The best tip i can give you: Try them out. Like Zac said, some prefer working with a large one, some prefer a small tablet. Ask friends, or walk into a store (I think apple stores usually have a bunch of sizes as demo units) and feel what you prefer. If you're new to tablets I would also advise against buying a good wacom.… -

I was gonna say the same! :) Really nice work so far. Just a suggestion, but maybe play with the proportions a little so its a little more exaggerated (kinda like an Ogyrn), and feels more like it belongs in 40k? -

This is a video card driver problem. Update to the *latest* Nvidia driver release.
