Hi Garry, I think I gave you some critique in your other thread but I just found this image similar to your scene that might help you refine the structure like Mr Smo suggested It has that abandoned look. Those hills in your scene really need some foliage, I'm sure you've planned that out already though :) -

Yea I got duped on this when I went I picked a school as well. I'm really kicking myself in the ass for it. I wish I had somebody around to tell me what was up before I wasted so much money and time when there were many better alternatives. That video sums things up pretty well I think. -

Re: pay per asset
If you know your hourly rate, why can't you simply log hours you worked on a given asset and then bill for those hours? If they're paying on a per-asset basis, then you should be either billing them upon delivery of each asset, or providing an itemized invoice if you want to be paid in some sort of lump sum. -

Suggestions: -Stick this post with a Bold Red font at the top of polycount. -Embedded 900px images or 2 pictures at max 1600px? -Simplify rules at SignUp with bold and red color. -Dev stuff. The horse-half [deer?] looks too long in comparison to the legs, and the whole thing looks a little small compared to the human torso. I think the armor could use some additions to really make it look like it was made for a centaur, instead of just a human torso plopped on an ungulate with straps. So to sum up; awesome… -

Do you really need the insides of the legs modeled at all? You see them from far away, and they are invisible most of the time anyway.
