Thank you for the feedback! I didn't touch the lighting at all between the iterations, weird. I put a neutral grey on everything tho, maybe that's why it seems a bit less orangy? It doesn't appear you've worked on timing yet as there's a key every 5 frames or so. Adjust the inbetweens (especially f55) to favor the antic to keep the kick feeling snappy. The recovery could use a little more attention, the kick doesn't seem to carry much weight or momentum currently. This is most evident in his arms.… -

I realized I was only talking about the Environment/Lighting team. I think almost everyone character art side who worked on this demo is new to ND. Ryan our character TD is not new though. Animation, I have no clue who worked on what ha. Also here is a cool comparison of Drake from U4 and U3. In Maya with neutral lighting. -

The texture work is really good! My only crit is that in the presentation renders, there's not enough contrast to make the model pop! Everything is so neutral in tone that the arms / legs / weapons etc don't stand out from the body at all, and the choice of your background colours makes everything just fade in with one… -
