i agree with the big rock in the front should be removed/replaced. also the shingles should be hollow at the end and you could add a gutter with a little drainage duct. the wood texture on the boards seems a little large to me and where the wall is broken i think some broken boards would be nice as well. that's just my 2…
is looking great dude!!! Try to add some anticipation just before the jump. im assuming that this boy is teleporting himself? is too fast dude, it needs more clearance but you are in a very good way my friend! Try to add some little moving hold before the jump and just before the final pose. my two cents
uggh I have worked with seasoned professionals who insist that a zbrush model should be quads only or it is literally technically broken. they know who they are:) In fact 90 per cent of the good working practice that polycount has taught me over the years has been been totally ignored by most of the companies I have ever…
I get that "guilty" feeling sometimes aswell whenever i'm not doing anything productive, but honestly I don't think it's worth the stress if you step away from creating for a bit. In the end, i don't think any of us on deathbed will think that he/she haven't worked enough :) just mine 2 cents, good luck ^^
Maybe it's just me, but the center of the wheel looks a bit too high profile (tiny rims). I'd scale it larger if it is meant to be a truck tire, also I think you can reuse 1/8 of the tire for the whole thing (for the rubber portion) since it doesn't have any real differences. Just my two cents! Keep it up!
Here's my first test with TB2. New lighting and shading system is awesome! Thank you guys! My 2 cents: 1.Could we get free rotation for transform gizmos? 2.Layered normal maps with ability for tiling so I could use addititional skin pores texture on top of backed normalmap. Cheers Eugene
Just to add my 2 cent as someone who didnt go to collage or university to study game art, is just do tutorials off gumroad and have some quality assents at the end of them. https://gumroad.com/acms or search for Tim Bergholz and do a gun tutorial. Good luck and dont give up. ps enjoy yourself
also notice in MattQ86's picture that the scratches are not super deep like you have them. I would think if the skater had that many deep cuts in it the board would snap in half. I would personally go more worn...less cuts if that makes sense. Good stuff. Again this is yours those are my 2 cents.
stuff looks awesome man! my only comment is that everything looks too straight to me. i would bend some stuff out of shape...most likely some of the metal on the stairs going up....just to add the look of it being overused and old. maybe even break a rail or two? just my two cents but great work!
My 2 cents: The green is too saturated. The microdetails in the texture have too high contrast, thus hiding the big shapes. The tip looks cut off and sharpened - spruce tips stand straigt up. Also, spruce branches grow upwards, not downwards, but bend down when they get too heavy. Fix these things and they might get…
