Ultimapper would be what you'd normally want to transfer information from a high-poly object to a low-poly (textures, normals, AO, etc). Depends what you mean really -- using files from toolbag inside of unity? Your mesh and texture assets will of course transfer across, the standard shader is very similar, and with the correct IBL it should look very similar. I would personally do the whole thing on 1 sheet 2k texture. Be smart with your UV's. You can reuse a lot, such as mirroring the roof.
