You can build your own panels with almost all of the PS's functionality (minus the brush controls unfortunately) using the Adobe Configurator. -

I got PS CS5, so it works for me because of the Rotate Tool. Should I still rotate it to a 90 degree position? -

What are your system specifications, Suite version, and PS version? This might be related to your GPU, so be sure you're on updated drivers. -

The combination to switch languages in Windows is: ALT + SHIFT Kinda annoying if you are working in PS, cause you use that combination a lot :D -

Hm ok, 80% of 12 is 9,6 - let's say 10 for PS. Now i get 192kb - so i saved 30kb.
