For most materials, this makes sense. But gemstones are better done as pure geometry, since refraction and dispersion are essential. Why would you want to make a flat gemstone material?

I don't think the breasts need to be bigger, they're already large and in charge, but they look flat. Not flat in the sense of flat-chested, but flat in that they need more value and shading underneath in order to make them pop.
