Once you have imported it into Zbrush, go to the Tool Pallette > Geometry > Size > XYZ = 6 The default value of hte XYZ Size should be 2, if you change it to 6, this wrap method will work with your plane. Also turn off subdivision smoothing. -

Like Ace mentions UV (texture) space starts with the upper left corner of your texture being placed at 0,0. Positive U is to the right, positive V is down. One image is mapped to one unit square of UV space by default. So 0.5,0.5 is the middle of the image. Things to remember: Uv space is infinite. Your texture has options… -
Re: On my Item,My Normal maps show a seam along the middle. I have no idea how to fix it.
I have found that if I change the 'METHOD' to LOCAL XYZ or WORLD the seam is removed and it seems okay to me. Is this the correct setting to change or will this come back to bite me in the future? -
