Delete your pre process cache in preferences of Decimation, also delete morph target. Export as ztool and load it in a brand new scene and try decimating Check if by mistake you have lowered the memory / cpu use in preferences.

Thanks for the feedback crazy, I am keeping it on the lower end of the polycount just because the rest of the models in my little demo level are lower poly. But I will leave the rest of the level for a later post when it's further along. Good to know I can go higher with on the polycount though. I have a habit of modeling…
That last environment is so cute! I love the texture of the wood. If you're planning to do any more, I think the flowers and lilypads could use a little more dimension.
