Scaling options in maya are not cool because it scales also icons and when i do this they look blury :/ yes creating own icons for shelf its cool. A couple ways to do this. If you can write shaders (or have a node-based shader editor like Shader Forge) I'd suggest making a Saturn's-rings kind of mesh, as a billboard (always faces the camera). Tile a gradient around it as a mask, and use two noise textures scrolling in two directions to make the corona flares move.… -
