I can see a likeness, however I think you are adding skin details too soon. There are some structural changes you can make here. FWIW I have an old Motioncomputing le-1600 which works nicely for Autodesk Sketchbook Pro and some Adobe 2d stuff. It is OLD tech though so it won't really do 3d.
