Assets all look really good, nice work! The spec levels look pretty high on that brick wall in screenshot 8. I would look at the roughness maps etc again for it, as it does not sell a brick like material that well. Also the gaps between the bricks look pitch black adding in some concrete instead would look a lot better.… -

I think it would be better if you can manage to use a single tiling brick texture for most of the bricks. At least, I would put a quad between A and E parts which will hold lots of bricks so both A and E parts can become smaller. A smaller quad may be useful between A and C parts which uses the same texture as the former… -

all you have to do is feed a greyscale mask into the alpha of a lerp, and have one lerp input be your texture multiplied by the image or constant 3 you want to use for colour variation and the other input be your plain image. here is a quick example in one of my materials where im using a mask to colorize the brick grout.… -

Lighting looks completely fullbright, with the exception of being able to see a couple of shadows. Towels should fall completely straight down to a rest mostly? Looks a bit weird how they fan out. Tiling textures is pretty much how you would want to go. You would want to have separate textures for each different material type. So if you have brick parts, use a tiled brick texture, and unwrap the brick parts to that texture, same with siding, interior walls, etc. Then, for things like doors and windows..where they… -
