I would be interested to see what you could get without any use of photo material for the texture. Your model is a very good likeness already, and I feel like it might get 'spoiled' if you use too much of a directional lighting on the texture. It will look fantastic in screenshots, but maybe a bit weird when lights rotate… -

The audio in the intro is lacking midtones and bass, so it's very hard on the ears, very "scratchy" sounding. You;'re a soft speaker as well, which means I have to have the volume up high, making the sound quality an even bigger issue. I would suggest equalizing the audio if you can.
