I have the color texture connected to the diffuse and the alpha channel, of it, to specular. Normal map texture to normal. And another texture ( black and yellow for the part that I whant to "shine") connected to the emissive.
"Cannot connect to the licensing server. Please ensure that your Internet connection is working properly and re-launch Marmoset Toolbag." Is anyone else having this issue? And yes I did buy my copy of Marmoset.
No prob man, glad to help. To break a connection, go to your material attributes and right click the text where it says Transparency (Or could be color, bump etc...) and there will among other things be an option to break the connection.
Would be awesome to play if I could connect to any game, which I only made it once then I got disconnected after about 10 minutes of play and could not connect anymore.
I think you should add more connections connections between the arms. The dark texture on the upper section seems to work against the composition. I would lighten the top and add some darks at the bottom of the structure.
Some progress on the blockout. Now he is actually starting to look like something. Spent a lot of time on figuring out how the waist to upper torso connections will work. Still have to make the final thigh connections.
Okay, first question: where's 'connect'? as in: select two adjacent edges, split them and connect the resulting verts into a new edge If all we have is this knife, then my forray into Blender is over before it started, heh

Just a tiny thing: the tail...just before it connects to the body in the side profile, it seems to get smaller. I'm not sure that would happen...I think it's largest where it connects to the body (on most creatures)
Select the edges you want to connect, that will bridge the edge(s) you want to create. Use the "Connect" tool dialog box. Adjust the Slide amount. The added edge won't affect the silhouette of the object.
