As seems to be his fate generally, I'm resurrecting one of my favourite videogame characters Sir Daniel Fortesque from the MediEvil series. I'm kind of... finding my way really, trying to learn by doing. This is a character turnaround out of Z-Brush (Not sure if this is the best way to present it...)
They don't create permanent growth and are a net drain on tax revenue. Government is eventually forced to reduce it to a break-even level and the companies move on to the next government. There are other reasons for subsidies, such as preservation of Quebecois culture, but videogames are way too low-brow for that.
I'm on a single 24" at home. I just alt+tab like a maniac. Before I moved, I had a 50" LCD on the wall for customers/watching movies/testing. But 90% of the time it was playing console videogames. Hardly used it for a secondary.
-ok, lost almost 30lbs this year, continue that into the new year. -get non-gaming related job (too much stress and don't want to move for jobs) -go on vacation this year with the wifey. -start enjoying art and videogames again this year.
Kirarito Inc. is looking for a character artist capable of creating a videogame based 3D character model and textures. The style and polygon number would be similar to The Witcher 3 characters. More details will be discussed after receiving the artist portfolio. Please, contact us at julio.velasco@kirarito.co.jp
Dataday, why don't you actually look at some numbers instead of parrotting large publisher's rhetoric. Here's last years. http://www.cinemablend.com/games/Digital-Game-Sales-Hit-10-Billion-2012-Used-Game-Sales-Retail-Down-54210.html So there you have it - last year the entire used games market wouldn't have made a dent in…
The objects of the former scene wouldn't have the lightmap UVs so it would be useless. I don't know if autodesk has fixed this problem with RTT in the last versions of Max, but I think it should be improved because it's a important handicap in the workflow for videogames. Thanx anyway:)
Who cares. The movie is gonna suck no matter who they cast. When they start thinking of videogames as a meaningful medium, and not some silly kids toy, we might get some decent movies then. Took Comic Books a longer to get their first good movies.
Yes, only the japanese are insane enough to properly bring that world across. Alternatively McGee himself could try but I doubt he'd make a good director. This'll go down as yet another bad movie that happens to have the same title as a videogame.
Cant wait to try it! Looks like the best hero to videogame adaptation I have seen. Love that its target audience seems to be the little older kids with the grittyness and stuff. Good job I love it at sight, cant wait to play it! :) PC or console...
