god. i hope for more LP2 coop campaign. My friends and I still play that. Just judging by the trailer it looks like it's leaning more towards single player / Dead Space territory. Not a bad idea, just not my cup of tea.
Demo reel G-U-A-R-A-N-T-E-E-D to gitcha attention :poly124: If embedding doesn't work double click player or cut and paste: watch?v=N2cL8_EdX0A [ame] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2cL8_EdX0A[/ame]
that's cos i don't rate vai. everything he writes reeks of satriani influence. sure, he's a great player, and has some pretty cool stuff. but honestly, he sounds too much like his influences, and not enough of himself to BE an influence.
I think Ben is the best character on TV. He went from being a bit player who was written in for 3 episodes to stealing the whole damn show. That scene last year where Hurley offered him some of his food was gold.
Seeing this trailer was a kick from the mule of nostalgia. Whilst I'm a little underwhelmed by the visuals, hope will have it that it'll be a damn fun game with 1-4 player co-op and "CoD-style" multiplayer progression... Let's hope they pull that shit off!
Yeah, with the icon of a hand and feet I assume you click where you want the player to go and all that...like the old-school PC adventure / puzzle games. Nonetheless, the 3d looks great. The outdoor cabin and the library shots are definitely inspiring.
U are mad, I load up steam, got my hl2dm update, open Hl2dm, Refresh server, join one, and dance of joy, we were like 20 players, My ping was 50, no lag, I was rocking, I love it
Currently, it is not possible to directly edit the normal or AO map when loading those textures as input maps. The contents of the layer stack are blended on top of them (overlay for normal, multiply for AO). What you can do is load the normal and AO maps into a fill layer rather than as input maps. This way you can paint…
I don't work in games anymore, it's more interactive story-telling with 3D in the vein of the things you see on three.js' showcase page ... while not my decision to make, it seems as stable as threeJS by all accounts - those two being the only serious players in the web3d market afaik.
Looks great, the textures are nice and realistic. The headset foam could perhaps use a bit of wear since it looks brand new while the player looks used. Maybe some discolouration and/or wrinkles would make the foam look more cohesive with the rest. I really like it
