Just to note that SP 2.5 now supports proper layered(built up) opacity painting strokes, and the beginnings of a limited PS bridge. -

i use acdsee pro 2.5 now, and it has the alpha problem :P, all masks are seen in white (png transparency too). -

Here's an example of colour clipping with lightmaps that have lights that try to make the lightmap go to a value of above 1 or 255 if you prefer. -
