Instead of TGA, use TIFF; instead of JPG, use PNG. TGA tends to create noise across the image and JPG comes with the famous artefacts, which may look okay in diffuse, but you dont wanna see what it'll do to your normalmaps. I dont think that the image format change will fix this particular offset issue though. -

I'm just slightly confused about the maps in the description, sometimes there's A/N/G/S on the image, I presume it's A for albedo, but on the maps it's diffuse, other times it's DIFF/SPEC/NORM, but there's also a gloss map in the breakdown... so... it could or it couldn't be PBR, some… -

Whats going on in the background looks a lot more interesting then the foreground. Your diffuse texture seems to be fighting your normals, due to this the normal information gets muddy and you can no longer make out the baked detail. I'd try and round your edges off slightly and create some good specular maps to help mush… -

Zbrush has improved so much since it's initial release. Once you learn it's ins and outs it feels like second nature. I use 3DCoat primarily for painting 'old school' diffuse textures, it's 3d painting tools are great for it's price but since I've been doing PBR work, Substance Painter wins, hands down. -

Looks like you don't have a reflection actor, which is needed to support UE4's fancy reflection and material stuff. Not that I'm actually a fan of how they did such (stupid static only is stupid, then again so is there lightmapping solution) but it would really help with what looks like your diffuse only materials.
