Ah okay, sorry, It is. I'm getting very confused about baking actually as I have people telling me the low should be all one smoothing group and others saying it shouldn't. Is it bad practice or is it a personal opinion thing? I'll get to trying out that suggestion though!
Well..to not make her suck..the first and foremost thing is to learn proper human anatomy. Practice drawing the form and shapes on paper until all the muscles and flesh and proper locations and placement are grilled into your brain. Then maybe try modeling. Learn to walk before you can run
I think the 2nd concept is a lot stronger and more interesting, but if you're just looking for something simple to practice UE4 on the first is certainly a lot more modular and offers some good materials to study. I'd say do the first as a learning experience and then do the second as a portfolio piece.
evenly distributed + Capitalism don't go together anyway i don't know how to feel about osamas death, i do understand that it can bring relief to people but celebrating it takes us back to the darkages imo. On a completely practical level it probably won't change much.
For those who want to know how I laid out my description to look like this; This is how I did it. The images were made in SFM and edited in Photoshop. It does take some practice though, so try it all out before doing it for real on some project!
Those things help. Remember this, creativity is a muscle. Use it, practice try and think about crazy and creative stuff. The more you allow your brain to run free and be creative, the easier it will become. It may be hard at first, but you will build it up and once you do... Keep it going!
very nice texturing and design. I feel like the design of the googles is not practical though. if that's designed for a human, whoever is going to wear it won't have much field of view, or any at all. and if that's for a soldier, that's even more of an issue. the location, size and angle just makes it looks unpractical to…
Sterno Mastoids arn't inserting correctly either. The other things that really bother me are the forearms and the lump on his wrist..not sure what that is. I also believe you either need to pull the knee up a bit or lengthen the shin/calf area. Nice practice though! Keep at it.
Hello, If you have modeled and textured buildings before (or environments), for your indie game, mod, or for fun and practice and your portfolio, I'm willing to buy some. More info and samples could email to : blue_shay AT hotmail.com High quality stuff only (next-gen) Regards M.Shay
both of those are untrue. ctrl shift drag to hide if you take the whole model in (i recommend doing this, though hiding is by no means necessary) and if you export it as seperate meshes, append them to each other as subtools and it will work as one mesh all together, for all practical purposes
