Looks awesome so far, I like how you rendered the high poly. I think you followed the concept pretty closely and not much to crit on, maybe something off in the eyes but that's hard to tell without eyelashes and texture. Looking forward to how you texture her and her in engine. Nice work
damn, awesome start so far. I'm loving that hair curl, and the feather block out has really good volume to it. Only critique so far is that the bridge of her nose is a little deep and thin. From what i can tell, red's is normally pretty shallow and smooth between her eyes.
The face doesn't look feminine to me. I'm not saying that you have to make her into a supermodel, but when I look at that face, I don't really see a girl. The lips seem way too botox duck face. Her clothes could be dirtier, faded, ripped etc. I like the choice of clothing.

Ok there is good balance between detail and rest areas .Things that doesn't work for me are pose and her anatomy Have you try the pose yourself its uncomfortable , why does she keep her legs like that ? also your contrapposto doesnt have compressed side Arm and legs anatomy could be improved a lot
Hey hey! Thanks a lot for replying. I was actually half way through the archviz series on materials and forgot to look at other series. That one is much more technical - just what I need. So I now know that it's definitely NOT the texture pool size... still don't know what's causing the issue though.
Some progress shots, started texturing and rendering her out in real time inside of Marmoset. She currently stands at around 55k tris or so with everything, I noticed there is some intersecting with the meshes which will be fixed later. Next week I will try and give her a simple pose and fix the mesh up some more.
I convinced my wife that you are actually the goat in your avatar, @Ashervisalis , so I don't just show her your latest artwork... everytime you make a post I show her and she is amazed. (joking. unfortunately my wife isn't stupid. If only I had a five year old...)
