thanks for the feedback dude! As far as the ending goes, yeah it was assuming the player would take over but I think it would be fine if she just settled into a final pose facing the camera. I'll play around with that.
Try setting video player to 720p and let me know if you still feel the same please. Just an update - here's the river material node setup for anyone that is ready for insanity. http://i.imgur.com/R6TPDOt.jpg
Okay I seems like videos can't show up with this player on firefox at all, at home it works perfect with chrome tho. I'm going to try to fix it tonigh so that videos will work with more browser.
If you charge indie rates we are looking for a Character artist for our Unity3D MMO - Port Galaxy. We require Male & Female character models with a good selection of clothes and hairstyles, as the characters will be customizable by the player.
I think all games have units inside, the grid and all.Use those units to figure out, like if the player is 2 units high guess how much will be the door ? or the road for that matter or a car or anything.
I hope so. =) I wouldnt mind seeing a linux distro with full driver support from the all major players, and one that caters to game development and gamers alike in one more polished package.
Hey guys I have added some more trash, and I have added a camera to take renders now instead of using the player. I would love to hear what you guys think!
It's all about the detail you want. The first method will take longer, but probably look better, second method will be much faster, but might look a bit generic. Are these props that the player is very likely to notice and comment on?
it is still a WIP. What i have in mind is a single player turn based game something like FinalFantasy. The reason is that I can put a lot of thing into the scene without worring about fram rate
Alright, old on the left new on the right. Managed to increase the pixel density by almost 3 times in important areas. Parts the player wont see as much such as the inside wall's were lowered infavor of the outside areas.
