Greetings! Long-time lurker, first time poster here and I thought it was about time I'd break my silence and share my latest project that I'm working on at the moment. :D My main idea for this character is that she will be a shaolin monk with a twist, and that she will also be blind in. Still working on some of her…
Realized I haven't posted up any updates of the new project I have been working on. Trying to practice more with creating clothes and fabric while using Zbrush and Marvelous Designer with some inspiration from Punzi Ella's artwork. I really like the clothes that she has in some of her artwork and I figured it would be a…

Hi everyone !I'am Saphirya, I'm from France ! I decided to redraw Sona Guqin'splash =) Feedback and suggestions are welcome ! :) Here my inspiration comes from : I made some modification to her actual design : the gujin is the same on this to pictures, just different view. I'm hesitating on puting a collar or just put a…
Based on the concept by the amazing Yeonji Rhee! You can find her work here: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/lDJkk. When I first saw this concept I really wanted to do my own take on it but I was incredibly intimidated so I hope I did her concept a little justice! I hope you guys enjoy this! Cheers! Direct…
Hey hey, I'm working on a scene @ work thats roughly 40k triangle in max. There's around 10 materials in the scene, one of which is a multi-sub with about 20 other materials in side of it. Some other materials on objects are attached, but not setup in the material editor. When viewing the scene, I am getting ~2 frames per…
Ok, I'm just going to make a new thread for this because I stopped making Shen and I can't change the title of my other thread. So I am working on Lulu, who I find to be far more fun to make. I'm currently playing around with ideas for her theme if I decide to make a new one. Otherwise I'm just going to redo her classic…
Haven't updated this in a long time but she now has hair and fur! I need to finish her texturing and then I'll be ready to pose her I think =) Diverged from the concept with the hairstyle but I really like the more textured hair and it was more challenging which is what I wanted from this project.
Still refining/remeshing elements, but she's finally out of blocking stage. Getting those folds in. Deciding on tertiary shapes to bring in / let go of (Shirt relief? Battle damage?). Planning another pass on her cloak and some more treatments on her big belt now that I have a base to work with.
Well, the way I look at it is like this. Lets say I'm looking to hire a prop artist. I want to be able to load up a page, look at thumbnails, and know right away "Hey, this guy has props!" or "Hey, this guy does characters" as opposed to having to click on all of them to see what they are.
