Gameplay is pretty standard RTS with nothing groundbreaking but everything is done really well, with the possible exception of some balance issues though I don't really play multiplayer RTS much. Single player is really well presented too didn't think I would ever get another RTS with CGI cut scenes again!
They're actually in water Steakhouse, like an oil rig. Redsand fort is in the Thames estuary, and they are a series of offshore forts designed to keep the Nazi's out. Adam: looking great actually. Instantly recognisable. You probably have this, but If not here's a link to the website of the restoration project. Tons of…
WIP Hi world, this is my Yakuza artwork, which I developed during my participation in the ArtStation challenge "Neo Tokyo: Exponential Reality" in the Film/VFX Character Art category (rendered). This experience was incredibly exciting and allowed me to navigate the entire 3D pipeline, from likeness sculpting, modeling, and…
Gamespy fupped their dynamic servers and we were in one hell of a ride for a month. I still don't have gotten an email for my new ftp and phpMyAdmin password. (.cgi and .pl sites and boards were hit hard, and the polycount boards were absent long enough to set r13 and kub to create this "temporary" board)
First of all, im pretty sure that the handguard is metal and yours looks like plastic. If thats the case you need to make it metallic and basically invert the roughness, having the overall material kinda rough and the edge wear more glossy. Secondly, there should be higher roughness in crevices across all materials,…

Hello Polycount! My name is Zen. I'm a Kickstarter funded author looking to begin a relationship with a CG artist to develop a short film. As of now I have been involved in three successfully funded Kickstatrer campaigns. Two of these have been for the EvoCreo project headed by Ebrahim Behbahani. The other has been for my…
Just was wondering what others may have on their bookshelves at home or in the office that you find valuable for reference materials. This could be DVDs, Artbooks, Software Related, Anatomy, Art Theory or Method, etc. I figured this would be a good way to maybe spot some that either I am not aware of or should be aware of.…
But that is simple product advertising, it just shows how far you can go with just commercial gear. Previously, or currently with all other software, an average PC can handle around 20mil raw vertices. Huge step forward, and that is what I love about CGI stuff. You can keep what you need and discard the rest.
