I don't know, since I was born - the US was never nuked by Russia and Japan didn't become the new world super power so I tend to err on the side that we as humans are horrible at predicting the future.
Thats exceptionally arrogant. Compositing and Simulation are massive subjects that involve a hell of a lot of knowledge. Even Arch Vis requires a lot of know how. Go learn Nuke and Boujoo, or realflow and see how you feel.

Transferring all of my files to my external drive in preparation for the jump from Vista x86 to 7 x64! :) Nuking files sucks, but I needed to reformat anyway... In reference to the thread, there's no reason not to upgrade, besides needing money for the thing.
