I use X-Rite Eye-One Match 3 to calibrate my screens. I got a couple of Dell P2310H screens from ebay 18months ago, and after calibration the difference is amazing. The screens are very flat and neutral.
One thing that happens that is a little annoying: Using multiple monitors and you press the "Mapping Screen Exchange" button on the Wacom, then launch PS/LZ it will reset to the default screen. So I have to press the "Mapping Screen Change" button.

@pior, most people don't even make loading screens anyway.. they just show off the in game item in a more attractive way :( very few "loading screens" serve the purpose of a loading screen. 90% of them are just a marketing image..
