Finally got some time in the wee hours of the morning to work on this. I have some minor fixes to the texture that I didn't catch because I hadn't had my coffee and then I'll be on optimizing. It's sitting around 6600 tris at the moment and should be well under 6k when I'm done. Thanks for looking. Cheers!

Cropped out some time to rework arttest. Remodeled some bits and pieces, rebaked and re uv'd it in a way so that I can show overtime damage in better manor than previous version. Reduced polycount from 7800 to 6637 tris.
