you can go into preferences and set WASD to move the camera without holding rightclick. i prefer the W toggle tho. :D -

Have you asked the Bitmap Brothers first? They're very picky about others using their franchises and they won't hesitate to C&D. -

As a huge fan of both, if you get a chance to see AIC with Duvall, give it a try. He's no Layne, but they still kick ass :D
