wow and you had to leave at 5:30am! But yeah London commuting on public transport sucks, I used to cycle in 10 miles everyday instead, it was cross between cruising around looking for races and chatting to people! Infact it used to take longer to walk from home to the station and then from the station to work than I did… -

I can only imagine something with your cage not being alright? I second the advice to use SBM format (it exports your max cage for you as well) - AFAIK, .obj doesn't transport tangents/binormals, at least we had that problem in a smaller engine (Away3D for flash). Collada/FBX as well as the aforementioned SBM do export… -
