Its part of a character artist's job to be able to lift a 2D concept to 3D and communicate the creators style effectively. Best just to shoot a mail to your instructor. Better yet choose another piece and attempt to translate it to 3D, style and all. Getting out of your comfort zone can be a good thing!
Yeah this is my L96a1 with special desert camo. I am not a good 3d creator being that this is my first time with a regular image. It is very low poly and blocky. Please feel free to comment and post your own creations here.
Great idea, thanks! Ill try it out and hopefully get some feedback. I also contacted the creator of Topogun and Topogun 3 is in the works, they are just rewriting all the code this time around which is why it took so long.
Hats off to the creators of this tool. I will go ahead and test it in the upcoming 1-2 weeks. It's just absolutely amazing that you let artists focus more on the art itself and less on the technical missmatches between software. Thanks again!
my like or +1 would be also on the comment of PatrickL @ Ben Apuna is avax and the other 2 sites not Warez websites and violating with the rules of Polycount ? thats even worse to post that because the original creator wants to earn his $125.00. ...
I have no idea how to use 3ds max, but if you could teach me, that would be the best, and I'll give you credit on this hat (the same with the 2 Dalokahs creators). if you want to message me, my steamID is http://steamcommunity.com/id/electricshep
This looks great! Have you looked into unity's built in tree creator? You can draw you own splines with it too. Don't know if you can have foliage growing off of it like you're doing here though.
Thanks,I do have another HDD now to backup,Also like I said there are things about the Weapons I did not care for ether,But to respect the original creator, I made them as close as I could. Linkgun
This is the story of my journey into computer animation and how it all started for me. You'll also see never before seen footage of ASTARTES, a project I secretly worked on with the incredible Syama (creator of ASTARTES). https://youtu.be/tT8dCOSo06g
Have you tried working with LazyMouse yet? It can be found in the stroke pallet under LazyMouse. You also might want to increase the LazyRadius. Also there is a cool brushset called MAHcut Mech. You can get it >here< from the creator.
