Hey, poopipe--> Yes, I tried cache and the result is the same. When I include a head in the high res it looks good. How can I bake hair in Arnold ? Thank you for your post :) -

I don't know how it is in the UK but in the US with all other things being equal a veteran will get preferred hiring status for any types of government jobs, including military simulation/visualization type work. -

That's the same thing I mentioned over in the WIP thread. Definitely decide whether this is part of a set to include a normal map or not; if it is, make one; if not, add lots and lots more structural/textural/lighting detail into this map. -

Just wondering, since you mention beginners ignoring smaller studios. Where does one look for jobs at smaller studios? Does Gama Sutra include those jobs? I've been wondering that lately. -
