i'd also say use a different app for that, but its personal preference i assume you could turn on dynamic subdivision in zbrush to make it smoother? to get rid of the faceted look you can turn on smooth normals at render time, it won't help in the viewport but you could do a quick BPR rendering to check what it looks like…
Stacking is a game Double Fine just made, it's on XBLA. A puzzle solving game involving matroyshka dolls. You find solutions by taking control of (stacking into) different dolls and using their special ability. Sound clip is from No One Lives Forever 2. Thanks for the comment Dubzski =) I recently finished an important part of a commissioned work, so I managed to take time finish this guy. On the previous versions I went really crazy on the contrast, this one looks much more natural I think, so I'm calling it done. Several BPR passes composed in photoshop.

Stuff looks great but it really lacks in detail. I know it should be like that, but it's just bland. Unless you have some seriously awesome lighting in your maps, things will look fairly flat. Perhaps you could add engravings of sorts? Like those fancy curl patterns, like on the Spy's cannon pistol.
