I think you should keep the splash page where you can select the area you want to go to, but from there it should link you to more of a structured design where you can see all images for that area on one page with big thumbnails. Have the buttons to the other pages somewhere at the top or something so you can then quickly… -

Err... Press the back button... ? I actually quite liked the demo. Really like the mix of norse and sci-fi. Love the idea of the right stick for combat, though it is a bit awkward getting used to the camera system because of it, seems something a bit better could've been worked out with that.
