It hasnt really been a while for brisbane in the last two years we have seen the demise of. *fuzzy eyes *pandemic *thq *krome So 2/3 of the local industry wiped out in 2 years. Now there is just tantalus, sega(creative assembly) and us at halfbrick. And im not even sure how sega and tantalus are going.
I'm using Modular textures in this scene. I'm just mapping my details where i need them to be, with these 2048 textures 2 A.O and 2 normal maps then i added in these base textures and the Emissive This is my material setup in UDK now it easy to just switch the texture sample how ever i want.
You're getting there. For your compare - What are you comparing? You're comparing if 0=1 or 0=2. Those 2 conditions will never be true. The way you have it set-up currently, the compare Int isn't referencing (or using) the team number. You need to use the team number as one of the comparison int. hope that helps :)
The chapters in volume 2 of my Cascade Complete Beginner's Guide covers a rocket exhaust sample that could easily be used for a flame thrower as well. The few lines hinting at some new Source Engine Iteration called Source 2 seems to at least suggest that Valve are working on.. something. I'm pretty sure we won't see an announcement of anything from Valve regarding HL 3. I think they learned a lot from the development of HL 2 and it's episodes in that regard.
Forgot to post this earlier! Here are my different colour designs. They are all based off of already available images. 1 and 2 strike me as more "realistic" (if not a bit boring), 2 is certainly nice but the challenge for me would to make it not look like a cartoon character! Would love to hear what you guys think!

Thanks mate. After talking with someone from the shop this is what he reccomended - changed PSU, motherboard and video card to gigabyte OC with 3 coolers instead of 2 ( he said it's more silent) http://www.cel.ro/wish/&wid=23919 What do you guys think ? I think I will buy it in 2 days.
