I couldn't find any space/alien related texture on textures.com, gametextures.com and ninja texture.com, however I found a good pack on the theartofstewartwood.com but unfortunately paybal is not supported in my country.

i tend to agree. someone needs to come up with some new cg related issues to send the art nerds into a rage. all this hippie drum circle business is a bit boring.
I think branding and nick names are slightly different. If it's related to game art, I wouldn't worry about it. If it was something generic like DemonHunter or a generic alias, I'd avoid using it.
Try installing new graphics drivers. If it just crashed during games, I would think it was heat related. But since it is videos too, it sounds more like a video card issue.
