Hmm, wouldn't go for screen space reflections. SSR is 100% sharp, I think blurry refelctions fit better. But go for dx11 anyway, lot's of cool features like ssdo! Awesome work btw :)
I like the idea of breaking down how things worked, like some asking how this effect was done, and someone breaking out the emulator and taking wireframe screen shots and making test scenes and what not.
Well it's a demo that unity itself released. I just made screen shots for quick reference. The reflective ones do seem a bit odd. But I imagine it's because of the skybox reflection overpowering the actual colors.
Force feedback gloves, or mind controlled workflow. (remember they already have the ability to make a mouse move on screen by training people to stimulate certain parts of the brain though a EM? interpretor). +1 Voxels as well
could it be your color profile loaded? try going to edit->Color settings or Edit->Assign Profile I know having different settings in these menus can affect how the document appears on your screen
Hi, some time ago I wrote a script to get and set Editable Poly and Mesh dimensions in screen space, relative to active viewport. You can get "IC.SizeInScreen" in MaxScript page of IllusionCatalyst website.
here's my silly mockup which has a similar layout as the old but more streamlined and fittable on an 800x600 screen. Mockings are done in complete jest. (and if you take them seriously, i pity you !!1!)
i suggest u resize all these images i have a 24" screen and cannot view them as a whole besides they dont have the sharpness either to give away any detail that would justify the resolution.
Spark: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u9rWFZesV8s&mode=related&search= 2mins 10seconds into the vid :P Just did frame by frame screen caps and then compiled it together to make it an animated gif. HAHAHA! -caseyjones
hes been set as my background since yesterday and I love waking up ad seeing him! great job! your current background would make a cool rpg char selection screen.
