thanks for the advice, definitely need to step up my anatomy :D been going to figure drawing sessions and I'll also look up some anatomy books. Appreciate the feedback :) .
Can you share any more info? Do you get an error message? Is there anything printed in the Listener? What exact steps do you do to start a render? etc.
Thanks for the feedback Bek! It was all Zbrush R4 from start to finish. I plan on taking the model all the way to the unreal engine. So yeah, next step will be lowpoly-ing!
So, i decided to take a step back and work to the fundamentals focusing on planes and transitions. Both are at 8k polys, one male, one female. Hopefully it's clear which one is which.
I suggest this workflow: -select faces -use flatten option -use relax -connect islands if needed -use relax -repeat these steps until model will be unwraped There is no need to "play" with gizmo.
Today began creation of the second clown. The first stage - pre-creating a character in Character Creator/ The second step - creating characters face in Mudbox: The third stage - modelling clothes in Blender
So far it seems CE3 is the way to go.. Mainly since lighting is one of the most important steps for me. Any idea when the Cinebox is coming out? is it going to be free with the package?
I was looking closer last night. These lines are definitely POMed layers used with their road tool. When crouching and look at them closely from side it's possible to see the POM steps.
Relatively completed the base mesh of the armor! :) Next step will be to put all this in Zbrush and give it all a Rocks' look! I'm saying it again but, good job guys and keep on going!! :D
This is a very good step in the right direction. Thank you for taking the time to let us know what's going on. I know I definitely appreciate the updates to my copy of Suite.
