I really liked that concept of the cave and think you should go for that, at least get the contrast and lighting of it. Also I like the first screen shot, everything else made feel and wonder, wait what happened. Alex
I just tested in 3ds max 2012, - Align Workplane to face selection is not working - gives error check screen. - Auto grid - works - Lock work plane to origin - works - Remove work place - works Thanks,
thanks thanks :) ok so i took away the blank thumbs and enlarged the others, now my thumb pics are to small in resolution instead T_T "always save the originals" need to take new screen caps tomorrow.
actually i have been having some problems with my left eye, was wondering whether lasik could solve the problem. it keeps twitching after i stare into the screen for too long, nver happened to me before
Utter toss. Kill enemies, walk upto static door, press button, screen blurs, rinse and repeat. It looks fantastic, but I don't know how you can get away with this in 2008 with the power of these consoles, it's shocking.
Yeah, that's too bad. My game would work great as an iPhone port, especially with the touch screen! The day when I can write code on Windows, and deploy directly to the iPhone, I might jump all over that.
Your demo reel is completely unnecesary. Youre just panning 2d pictures across the screen. Pictures that are already on your site and load faster. It also says on your site that youre an animator, so I was expecting animation...
don't get cs4 it has serious display and performance issues. At work with a dual screen its constantly flickering making it almost impossible to use the layer panel + the 3d and general performance is a nightmare. Get CS2 if you can
You might want to hand animate a couple pieces to get them to go exactly where you want towards the screen. Use PFlow for the bulk, but adding a couple well placed pieces by hand will bring it all together.
This is a really solid piece, great work! Some of the shadows on the lower left of the second screen look a little too dark, but other than that that lighting is pretty spiffy. Oh, and the texture on that wooden cabinet seems a bit over saturated.
